Terms & Conditions

~~Terms and conditions – North Yorkshire Saddles Limited

Statutory rights

Our terms comply with the current legislation for distance selling which is available here:

Delivery times are subject to the stock situation at any given time. Quoted delivery times are always from;
a) Date of cleared payment,
b) Date of us having received your full address, and phone number.
Orders specified on the standard delivery service may be sent by Royal Mail. This Royal Mail service does not offer a guaranteed transit time, so very occasionally may not meet the delivery time stated.
Working/delivery days do not include Weekends, Bank Holidays or the day the order is received. Orders received after mid day or on non working days may be processed the following working day.
Right to cancel
The law gives you 14 days right to cancel an order for a full refund. If you want to cancel after delivery and the goods are not faulty, you can either return the goods, using your own means of transport, or we will use our carrier. We will refund the full cost of the goods including the postal charge to deliver the item to you. You will be liable for the cost of returning the items to North Yorkshire Saddles Limited. We would request that the items be returned in their original packaging, but if this is not available that the items be suitably packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
If our products include food ingredients, once opened/used and/or the tamper evident seal has been broken, it is deemed that you have accepted the goods. This definition has been confirmed by Trading Standards.
Refunds will be paid within one week of acceptance of a claim by means of a cheque or by refund to the debit/credit card used to pay for the goods.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty, we will seek to replace the goods as soon as possible. Alternatively, you will have the possibility of a full refund.
